All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your shipping tracking #. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping options are not available to Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes.
Please note that Artullano Pet Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email email@example.com
